What do you actually do as a store manager?

As a store manager, you’re responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly and maintaining a great team atmosphere. You lead by example—unpacking new collections, styling the store, keeping the fitting rooms tidy, and making sure everything looks top-notch. Behind the cash register, you greet every customer with a smile, ensuring they leave with a great experience.

But it’s not just about keeping the store looking great—it’s also about keeping things organized behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for sales targets, KPIs, and staff schedules. You know how to manage your team in a positive way, and you have no problem reminding them that scrolling through TikTok at the register isn’t exactly part of the job 😉.

Providing excellent service gives you energy. You have an interest in fashion and love sharing the story behind our collections with customers.
