As a Store Manager, you're the face of the store.

You build a strong team, create a great shopping experience and bring out the best in your store every day.

You're not just responsible for the results.

You make sure people enjoy coming to work.

You'll be responsible for:

·         coaching, supporting and developing your team

·         creating a positive atmosphere on the shop floor

·         achieving sales targets and KPIs

·         staff planning and the daily operation

·         visual merchandising and presenting the collection

·         stock management and administrative tasks

·         spotting opportunities to make your store even better every day
