What do you actually do as a salesperson?

Unpacking new collections, styling the store, keeping fitting rooms tidy, and making sure everything looks great. At the cash register, you are ready with a smile to send every customer out the door feeling good.

As the face of the store, you make sure customers feel welcome. Whether you help find the perfect pair of jeans, give advice on a hoodie, or have a chat, you make shopping at America Today a pleasant experience.

Working in a customer-oriented way energizes you. You have an interest in fashion and enjoy taking customers on the journey behind our collection.

If you are completely on board with this, here's what you get from us:

• an all-in hourly wage of €16.45 when you are 21 years or older (20 years: €13.16, 19 years: €9.87, 18 years: €8.22, 17 years: €6.49, 16 years: €5.68). An all-in hourly wage means that your holiday pay and accrued vacation hours are paid out directly every month, so you don't have to wait for them

• you get paid 150% on Sundays and 200% on public holidays

• 100% reimbursement based on public transport, with a few rules attached

• always 20% discount and unique shopping evenings with 40% discount
